All returns are FREE. Please follow the steps below to return an order:
 - Sign in to your account
 - Go to your account page Order History
 - Click on the link "View" of the order you want to return to us
 - Click on “Return” link (in the first table "Ordered Products")

If you don't have an account - you can create a return request by filling in the form, at the Create Return Request page.

After you have created a return request, we will email you a return label which you can print and use it to post the item/s. You can return any item for a refund within 28 days of receiving your original order. It can take up to 10 working days for your return to be delivered back to us. In case of receiving a faulty or damaged item, please make sure you contact us immediately. Otherwise we might not be able to issue a refund or exchange the item. 

We’ll send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition and issue a refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 1 working day. Any refund will be issued to the card you used to place the original order or the PayPal account. It typically takes 5 working days until you see the refund in your account.

We try hard to accept all returns. The returns to us need to be in the original packaging (not outer posting package, such as boxes or bags). In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
